摘要采用文献资料法和问卷调查法对武汉市部分高校的女大学生参与余暇体育活动的状况进行了调查研究，分析了女大学生余暇体育的特点，对如何更好地调动高校女生参加余暇体育活动的积极性提出了几点建议，以促进高校女大学生自觉地参加体育锻炼，促进其身心健康发展及终身体育锻炼。
